These Terms of Use (“Terms”) set forth the conditions for using the services (“Services”) provided by the SUMOME office (“we”) on this website. Registered users (“you”) shall use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

01.Scope

These Terms apply to all relationships between you and us regarding use of the Services.
In addition to these Terms, we may establish rules for use of the Services (“Additional Terms”). Such Additional Terms shall constitute part of these Terms regardless of their names.

To use the Services, a prospective user who agrees to these Terms shall apply for registration in the manner we specify, and registration is completed when we approve the application.

We may refuse registration if we determine that an applicant falls under any of the following, and we are not obligated to disclose the reason:

The applicant submitted false information when applying for registration
The application is from someone who has previously violated these Terms
We otherwise deem registration inappropriate

03.Prohibited conduct

When using the Services, you must not engage in any of the following:

Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals

Acts related to criminal activity

Acts that infringe intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark rights, etc.) of us, other users, or third parties

Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of our servers or networks

Commercial use of information obtained through the Services without our consent

Use of the Services for wrongful purposes

04.Disclaimer

Important

Except for our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from or related to the Services.

We shall not be liable for any transactions, communications, or disputes between you and other users or third parties in connection with the Services.
