Sponsor organizations already invest in many kinds of advertising, but traditional channels alone often hit a ceiling for sales support and awareness. Sales teams opening new accounts often face a high wall before they can even get a meeting—and they strongly want a credible “door opener.” Employees and their families can also appear in photos at sports days, family trips, and celebrations, so the program can double as a welfare perk.
Schools, welfare providers, and similar organizations constantly struggle to hire and retain staff. They need effective tools to support recruiting and retention.
Because subjects can include photos they took themselves, the system makes it easy to keep memories—fun to use and simple to archive.
We use our in-house photo program.
Sponsors sign paid advertising contracts.
We coordinate for free with individuals, families, and groups, explain the free photobook offer, and obtain consent to publish photos.
When the photobook is ready, each subject receives one copy for free.
Delivering the book in person—often by the sponsor’s sales rep—can create touchpoints with subjects and their organizations.
